Bold & Beautiful’s Sheila is the last person whose hands one would want their secret to fall into… but that’s exactly what happens this week. It goes without saying that she’ll know exactly how to use it to her advantage!

Bold & Beautiful spoilers tease that Sheila will learn a shocking secret early this week, and we can certainly think of one that would play directly into her hands.

Last week, it was Brooke who was left reeling when Hope confessed that she had growing feelings for none other than Steffy’s husband Finn. A precarious state of affairs given the current tension between the stepsisters. While Brooke warned her daughter to get herself in check before the situation took on a life of it’s own, it seems that ship may have sailed.

Hope went from mooning over Finn as he massaged her pressure points, to fantasizing about stripping him down and sexing him up after he paid a visit to the cabin. Dr. Finnegan may have been there to tend to Beth’s flu bug, but it was Hope who was left wanting to play doctor!

With Hope’s crush having reached a fever pitch, trouble is in the air… and how much worse could it get if the wrong person found out? In a nutshell, it could blow Steffy and Hope’s rivalry sky high. But the real danger, is that in more devious hands, such a secret could potentially weaponized.

So, what does all of this have to do with Sheila? We’ll tell ya’.

If Deacon’s wife were to discover that his daughter was pining for her darling doctor son, it would be a dream come true. In Sheila’s deranged mind, the only obstacle between her and a loving relationship with Finn is… Steffy. At this point, it may even be the truth, but that’s neither here nor there.

Sheila’s love for her son is in limbo as Steffy, thus far, has proven to be an unbreachable barrier. She can’t say or do anything against Finn’s wife without alienating him further, so her hands are tied (too soon?). But what if the means to handle her Steffy problem fell into Sheila’s lap and she could dispense with her daughter-in-law without getting her hands dirty?

Well, it doesn’t take a genius, or even an evil mastermind like Sheila, to see how Hope’s shocking secret would play right into her new stepmother’s hands.

If (or should we say ‘when’?) Sheila discovers that Hope has feelings for Finn, it will be open season on Steffy’s marriage. Sheila can use the information to her advantage and she’ll know just how to manipulate in order to bring her and Deacon’s offspring together… or at the very least make it appear as though there is something going on between them so as to torpedo Steffy’s marriage.

Once Finn and Steffy have broken up over his involvement with Hope, Sheila will be able to wash her hands of the frustrating Forrester, and she’ll be left with a ready-made family of her own. It would be the most enjoyable of ways to take down her foe (and much cleaner than shooting her and leaving her to die in an alley). As a bonus, she’d get to gloat endlessly into the bargain.
