There’s no doubt there was a bucket of bad blood between the sisters, and it all seemed to be Li’s!

Upon learning that Poppy was in Los Angeles, Li unleashed her pent-up fury towards her sister, and accused her of being a freewheeling woman who took advantage of older, wealthy men.

Poppy, however, was determined to prove her innocence with Luna paternity test results; could it be that Li had misunderstood her sister all this time?

The fact that Poppy had slept with the married head of surgery in the past, putting Li’s career on the line, was a bitter pill to swallow.

Perhaps she suspected she’d slept with Jack, but could Poppy’s more recent actions have been driven by her lingering love for Bill Spencer?

Of course, nobody’s perfect, and that certainly includes Poppy- Poppy’s “special mints” almost ruined Luna’s relationship with RJ.

But now that Luna is back with RJ, Poppy is working on mending her relationship with her daughter and strengthening their family bond.

Now that it’s a sure thing that Bill is Luna’s father, and Li was involved in proving it, Poppy, Bill and Luna will become a strong family unit.

Finally, after all this time, Poppy also has a chance to mend her relationship with Li. It seems that by demonstrating the significance of her connection with Bill throughout the years, she might be able to bridge the gap between them.

At the very least, she can now put an end to her sister’s relentless attacks, as her bond with Bill is undeniably strong and not solely dependent on his wealth.

On the other hand, it may be Li who initiates her change towards her sister and pushes for new beginnings; she may change from detractor to defender.

Considering Li knew about Poppy’s affair with her married supervisor before the truth about Jack and Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) came out, Jack cheating still may have been her worst fear.

Now that Li knows for sure that Luna isn’t Jack’s but Bill’s, her attitude may change towards her sister. Considering the timeframe, Li may have even feared that college aged Finn was Luna’s father!
